炬力 发布ATM7039芯片 旗舰四核

ATM7039芯片是炬力集成电路设计有限公司针对多核平板市场推出的最新旗舰四核、高集成度、高性能、低功耗的主控芯片。

这款芯片拥有高性能的四个A9 处理器核心和Imagination PowerVR SGX544图形处理器,除此之外,它还内建了独立的VPU (Video Processing Unit)引擎 和ISP (Image Signal Processing)引擎, 并支持H.264/HEVC格式, 从而具有强大的视频回放和录制能力。

ATM7039打破了“高性能=高功耗”的成见,透过炬力在猫头鹰系列上独有设计的“第三代功耗设计(LPD Gen. III, Low Power Design Generation III)” 技术和“自适应动态功耗(Adaptive Dynamic Power)”技术, ATM7039在提供卓越的性能基础上,实现了超常的电池续航时间。

基于ATM7039芯片的平板解决方案也提供了具有竞争力的BOM(Bill of Material)成本,这得益于这款芯片的高集成度。ATM7039集成了平板产品必需的LVDS、HDMI,以及MIPI接口,此外也集成了64bit DDR3/DDR3L存储控制器以及支持72bit ECC/Toggle NAND的flash控制器。ATM7039集成了USB3.0/2.0控制器,从而可以实现高速率和外围设备之间的数据交换。ATM7039通过和ATC2603芯片(集成了PMU和Audio Code)的搭配使用,为平板电脑产品提供了一个高具性价比和竞争力的芯片平台。
